Dealing with a typical crisis can be challenging for any business – particularly for those that have not engaged in scenario analyses and developed contingency plans. Try adding an unexpected and unprecedented pandemic like Covid-19 into the mix and you’ll be sure to see business owners and senior management struggling with hypertension as they fight to manage increased operational expenses and limited revenue. The reality is that while some grapple to explore new ways of achieving the same goal, others will be evaluating the practicality of continuing with business, while exploring the possibilities of divesting and starting over. To help you better face the uncertainties that arise in business, particularly during a time like this, David Holukoff form Grant Thornton will be joining our conversation to discuss crisis management and the different ways to possibly survive the storm. On a lighter note, our resident rum connoisseur, Lisette Davis, from RumBoat Retreat will also be on hand to demonstrate how to make a ‘feel good’ Passionfruit Mojito at home.
